RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

- When you make your reservation, you will be charged 50% of the total amount (PIX, Virtual card, or Payment link), and you will have up to 48 hours to confirm the reservation and send vouchers.
- Payment may be made in 3 installments without interest*;

- We do not take checks;

• Cancellation Policy:
• • You have up to 7 (seven) days prior to the reservation date to Cancel or Reschedule without being charged a fine.
• • If you cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours (three days) prior to the reservation date, you will be charged 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• • After this period, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• • No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

*For refunds of payments made by Credit Card, the refund will be discounted by the Administrative Fee.

In the case of payments in installments, the refund will be made upon clearing of the last installment.
