RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

- When you make your reservation, you will be charged 50% of the total amount (PIX, Virtual card, or Payment link), and you will have up to 48 hours to confirm the reservation and send vouchers.
- Payment may be made in 3 installments without interest*;

- We do not take checks;

• Cancellation Policy:
• • You have up to 7 (seven) days prior to the reservation date to Cancel or Reschedule without being charged a fine.
• • If you cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours (three days) prior to the reservation date, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
• • After this period, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• • No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
